There are two facets to the Kill Off : “One Round Kill Off” & “One Move Kill Off”

The "One Round Kill Off" is the result of a combination during the ENTIRE round that finishes the opponent. You can often hear people say "it was one round" or "he got it one round". Which means the battle ended in one round.
The "One Move Kill Off" is a combination of moves at a specific time in the round that ends the battle.
Who can declare a “ Kill Off ”?
Kill Offs are usually declared by trailblazers, OGs or vets.
There is also the moment when almost all of the krumpers present agree that a Kill Off has taken place. This is a time when the Kill Off cannot be questioned.
